hey, it's been a while, as it usually is. this time in fact, almost 2 years. finally got motivated to draw a picture as a gift to a friend for christmas. He got me into watching the show, the knick, about experiments and advances in medical technology and practice at the knickerbocker hospital in new york in the early 1900s. fantastic show, and clive owen as doctor thackeray is a revelation. so i had to draw him. hopefully this motivates me to do even more drawings in the future. we'll see.

Hey Everyone. I know it's been some time since I've updated. I recently moved in with my girlfriend, and for some reason never being by myself has depleted any motivation I would have had to draw. Well, my lovely girlfriend wanted to support me, so she went out and bought me a desk! So now I have a nice space to draw again. My first drawing of the new year I decided would be a remake of an older drawing I did. I decided to re-draw Kaya Scodelario (AKA Effy from Skins). So I've been pretty unproductive as far as drawing goes lately. Been keeping busy. But I've decided who I will be drawing next. Her name is Jenna-Louise Coleman. She'll be the new companion in the 2012 Dr. Who series. Although I will miss Amy Pond dearly, I think that Coleman will have what it takes to be a likeable yet useful, smart and curious companion. We'll see. I have limited access to a scanner now, so if I do post WIPs, it will probably be crappy camera phone pics. Stay tuned for good stuff. Now go and do something. -Josh
